Q: How do I place an order?

Simply fill out the on-line order form, listing which books you want and your e-mail address, then submit it to us. We are currently running on a semi-manual system and we will confirm your order and total payment within 48-72 hours.

Q: Can I make payment with credit cards?

We may be introducing online credit-card ordering in the future. Currently, payment is by U.S. Dollar money order/bankers cheque. We prefer not to accept personal cheques unless a 10% surcharge is added.

Q: What are your shipping charges?

Shipping Charges for U.S. orders are about US$ 9.00 per book and US$ 6.00 for each additional book. Orders to other destinations may vary. Do fill in the order form, and we will calculate shipping charges for your particular address on a no commitments basis.

Q: Where do I send the cheque to?

Please send your cheque together with our e-mail response to the address indicated in our reply to you.

Q: Why do I have to send my cheques all the way to Malaysia?

Most of the books we carry are written by authors from South Asia and are originally published in Malaysia. These books are hard to obtain in the U.S. since they are mainly published in Malaysia.

Q: How long will my order take?

As soon as we receive your online-order form, we will confirm by e-mail, your total cost plus shipping charges. Send us a US$ money order/banker's cheque for the amount by registered mail; this may take about a week to reach us. Once we receive your cheque, we will immediately ship your order within 24 hours. The books may take another week to reach you. In all, the process ought to take within two to three weeks.

Q: If I am not satisfied with an order may I return it?

Yes! You may return a book within two weeks if you are not satisfied for any reason. Send us an e-mail telling us you are returning a book, and as soon as we receive your returned book, we will refund you for the full amount plus shipping costs. In addition, you may replace a defective book, or exchange it for another title.
